Access route to Potas Salt Village
To access the salt village, you must take the Tabas road from Khur city and after traveling 30 kilometers and passing through the Shekarab area, you will reach the Potas Mining Complex.
Potas Tourist Village is a unique attraction, each of its different parts has its own charm. The most important attraction of this village is the Potas Salt Waterfall, which captivates every discerning tourist; because this waterfall has no equal not only in Iran, but also in the world.
The 25-meter-high Potas Salt Waterfall is located north of the Potas Mining Complex and in the Potas Khor and Biabanak Salt Tourist Village. This waterfall has been quite successful in attracting domestic and foreign tourists. The lighting of the waterfall at night doubles its beauty and causes the camera lens to be turned towards this waterfall. The path leading to the waterfall is also beautifully lit.
